Dear Fawn,

This essay demonstrates use of the terms from the chapter assigned.

Comments:

1. For your final paper consider investigating whether "Mount Desert" is Realism or Romanticism.

2. Remember to define the terms - what is representational?

3. "La Condition Humaine" consider Tromp l'
eiol - trick the eye as part of the conversation.

4. Surrealism is a French movment that stems from Dada (German movmenet), but DADA is not about "creativity and silliness" it was a very serious political movment.

5. consider removing the part about Realism and Romanticism from the discussion on "La Condition HUmaine".
